She suggests sending out gift guides, offering giveaways and launching subscriber-only flash sales. Dopson also advocates personalized emails. “Regardless of how you’re personalizing your holiday emails, 56% of consumers say they will become repeat buyers after a personalized experience (a 7% increase year-over-year),” she informs.

At the end of every year, there are countless promises that people make to themselves. Losing weight and quitting smoking are among the most popular New Year’s Resolutions.
